Your Bag is Empty

Fearless. Sparkling. Beautiful. Glamour girl. Friend for life.

Leopard Tuesday is committed to continuing the life and legacy of Paige Ethington Hardy, a force of nature who was adored by so many. Ovarian cancer may have taken her life, but it couldn’t touch her spirit.

“You look gorgeous!” “Hello, sunshine!” “Y’all are crazy.” Paige lit up the world with her enormous heart, vivacious wit, and glamorous style. She laughed loudly and often and gave freely without expecting anything in return. If you ask those who were lucky enough to know Paige, they’ll tell you how she never forgot a birthday, how she could talk to literally anyone, and how she filled an entire room with that beaming smile of hers.

A devoted wife to her husband Tripp, loving mother to her five children and friend to many, Paige’s strong faith and ability to live life to its very fullest inspired everyone she met.

Paige grew up in Shelbyville, Kentucky, traveled the world and settled in New York City, where she gave her time generously to numerous organizations and raised her family, which became known affectionately as the "Hardy Party."

It's hard to capture in words Paige's combination of glowing personality, grace, humor and strength. Imagine a show-stopping smile, sparkling with love and enthusiasm, wrapped in a fabulous leopard coat, with an encouraging "Oh honey" whenever you were having a bad day.

If Paige could speak with us today, she would remind us that we are not promised tomorrow, so make the most of every day. She touched our hearts and hers is a light that will shine on.
Paige’s birthday was November 11th and her favorite number was 1111. 11:11 is the time of day that Paige would say she was surrounded by angels.

Following her initial round of chemotherapy and surgeries, Paige spoke to a large group of women at St. James Episcopal Church in New York City, at which she shared her Top 11 list to live by:
  • As Churchill says, “Never give up. Never, never, never give up.”
  • Her children were her ultimate motivation.
  • Bring joy to someone every day with a smile or a compliment.
  • It’s the little things that mean the most.
  • Learn to say thank you.
  • Take time for yourself.
  • Show your children that you are strong, resilient, funny and sometimes crazy.
  • Never judge a book by its cover.
  • Celebrate each day.
  • We are not promised tomorrow. Make the most of every day.
  • Miracles happen every day.
